Ardán and The Broadcasting Authority of Ireland recently hosted two All-Abilities Casting workshops, facilitated by Aisling Byrne (Run of the Mill Arts) and Katy Moylan-Shorten (Ali Coffey Casting).

These workshops were for entry and emerging actors with intellectual disabilities who wanted to learn more about the casting process from a casting agent.  

In connection to this the NTA Film & TV are hosting an informal industry event open to casting agents, writers, directors, producers and anyone who is interested in working with talent with intellectual disabilities in an inclusive and accessible way.  

The event takes place in Dublin City, 10.00AM – 2PM on April 6th.
