Full Membership of the WGI is open to all professional writers on the island of Ireland, with at least one professional scriptwriting credit, for which they received a contract and were paid. Alongside all member benefits, Full Membership status entitles you to vote at our AGM and stand for election to our board.

Associate membership of the WGI is open to all professional writers on the island of Ireland, who are working on getting their first scriptwriting credit. Alongside all member benefits, Associate Members can attend our AGM, but cannot vote or stand for election to our board.
