This Conference on the implementation of the 2019 Copyright Directive takes place on Thursday, 23 Jun 2022.

The event is co-organised by the European Writers’ Council (EWC), the Federation of European Screen Directors (FERA) and the Federation of Screenwriters in Europe (FSE).

The two panel discussions will tackle the current transposition of Articles 18 to 23 of the 2019 EU Copyright Directive into national law (one year after the deadline for implementation) and will delve into the concrete next steps for implementing those provisions.
