Amanda Verlaque’s play This Sh*t Happens All The Time is premiering at The Lyric Belfast March from 22nd March to 2nd April. The play is directed by Rhiann Jeffrey and stars Caoimhe Farren.

A young woman falls in love. Her girlfriend’s jealous ex-boyfriend responds with murderous intent. In 2022 he’d be arrested but in Belfast 1992 homophobic hate crime law doesn’t exist.
