GAZE Is Seeking A New Festival Director

GAZE is seeking a new festival director to lead the creative vision for the festival in a new strategic cycle.
Seeking an experienced programmer with a background in LGBTQIA film programming, experience working in a collaborative festival team and a passion for delivering thoughtful events to a high standard, which speak to a multitude of communities.
The role is part-time, year-round, working with a highly collaborative team and skilled board to deliver on GAZE’s flagship event and annual pop-up events.
The person will also be responsible for maintaining key relationships with partners, venues, stakeholders, film distributors, sales agents and building a network with Irish and International programmers and filmmakers for the festival.
