Dublin City Council 2026 Arts Grants and Awards

Dublin City Council has announced that applications for the 2026 Arts Grants and Awards are now open.
In a strong show of support for the city’s vibrant creative community, an additional €50,000 has been allocated to both the Project Grant and Bursary Award funding streams. Revenue applicants are now eligible to apply to more than one category.
This increase highlights the Council’s ongoing commitment to fostering artistic innovation and providing vital opportunities for artists and arts organisations across Dublin to flourish.
Closing date for applications is 4th November 2025.
The grants include:
Neighbourhood / Voluntary Arts Grants 2026
Supporting Arts projects or programmes that begin with residents, local community organisations or groups interested in either the Arts or with Artists living in or interested in working in particular neighbourhoods, or both.
Bursary Awards 2026
The award is for individual Artists to pursue a work plan that may include training, mentoring, research and capacity building. Bursary applications are welcome from applicants of all artistic backgrounds.
