They are looking for scriptwriters with a real flair for comedy narrative and the ability to craft laugh-out-loud jokes on paper. Joint entries are welcome!
This award focuses on new voices, meaning you are not eligible to enter if you have been employed as a writer or received paid commissions on a regular basis for one or more TV, Radio, Digital, or Film projects.
The deadline for registration for the Comedy Writing Award is 23:59 GMT on 1st June 2025.
