We recently conducted a salary survey of members, thank you to those who participated. We can now share the findings which make for some sobering reading.

The results identify member’s key income sources, challenges, and expectations for 2025 and clearly demonstrate the financial realities of working as a writer in Ireland today. We will use these findings to advocate for better conditions and fairer pay for all writers. A full breakdown of the results can be found here.
