Dramaturgy and Healthy Creative Practices – Research Invitation
Researching working conditions in performing arts, care practices and available support.
Kristýna Ilek is doing PhD research at Queen’s University Belfast on working conditions, care, and power dynamics in rehearsal rooms in the performing arts.
She is looking for directors, dramaturgs, producers, stage managers and theatre-makers who have worked or currently work in Ireland to be interviewed about working conditions in performing arts, care practices and available support – and curious to hear about good practices which contribute to healthy creative environments.
The interview is audio-recorded, fully confidential, and anonymised.
