The Irish Writers Centre is running this practical course for writers interested in adapting material for the screen, be it their own work or something found – Shakespeare, fairy tales, long form journalism etc.

The course will discuss the elements of a screen story, the fundamentals of screenwriting and workshop ways to approach adaptation.
