Script Reading for Film & TV
An opportunity to learn and practice being a reader.
Producers and funding agencies are always looking for the next project to develop as a film or TV drama, but they don’t have time to read everything. For this, they employ other people to read for them. Writing a report on what has been read is called “coverage”.
This course will give you an opportunity to learn and practice being a reader. Reading scripts is an entry level, editorial role for people who would like to progress being a script editor, development executive, producer or commissioner.
‘Script Reading for Film & TV’ is the second course in the NTA Film & TV Skills Development Programme for Script Editors.
Deadline to apply is 10th January 2025.
