I’ve encountered a countryside woman from the North West who has an important and honest story of hers to be told, that she would like to see on screen. This story includes themes of oppression of women, silencing of women within the workplace/system, lack of protection within that system, sexual harassment…

She is looking for an empathetic writer who may want to have a chat about the potential of putting her story to script.

She has written a short and powerful poem which I’ve read, and she is passionate about this story being told on screen as soon as possible. It speaks to a wider truth in our society about the treatment of women.
