This National Talent Academy for Film & Television event is aimed at individuals who are passionate about storytelling and interested in working in development roles within TV, film, radio, podcasts, or theatre.

Participants will learn about becoming freelance readers for production companies, broadcasters, and funding agencies.

The introductory workshop will introduce key roles, such as Script Readers and Scripted Editors, and address skills gaps and barriers to entering the industry.

It is suitable for people of all backgrounds, training or education with no prior industry experience required. This is part of a broader series of short courses running into 2025.
