The ElevateUs Mentorship program, spearheaded by Screen Australia’s Gender Matters Taskforce and Women In Film and Television Australia, invites members of the Writers Guild of Ireland to become mentors in an empowering program for women and gender-diverse talents in the Australian screen industry. This initiative offers a chance to share your expertise, offering industry insights, and foster professional growth. Your participation will help shape an inclusive, diverse future in storytelling and film.  

Mentors can be all genders and the requirements are minimal – with just 1 hour zoom per month for 3 months (March to May 2024).  Mentors must have 3 or more years industry experience in the field they will be mentoring in, and mentorship is volunteer but all participants will receive a gift for participation.
