The Adaptation Film Festival returns 22 – 24 September for its tenth year with newly commissioned short films from among the region’s filmmakers, workshops in screenwriting and acting and a range of film screenings for all age groups and tastes including new work from Roddy Doyle, work from the archive by Anglo-Irish writer Elizabeth Bowen, an interview with pioneer of Irish-language cinema Bob Quinn and films from the next generation of Irish filmmakers.
