In association with Stowe Story Labs and the Galway Film Fleadh, Screen Ireland is supporting 10 screenwriters based in Ireland to attend this year’s edition of the Connemara Writers’ Retreat.

This 5-day programme taking place from 9-12 October at Renvyle, Co. Galway will feature one-on-one script note sessions with industry mentors; panel discussions and artist Q&As; structured peer group sessions; and networking opportunities.

Additionally, one participant will be chosen as a Stowe Launch Fellow, to further develop the work brought to the lab and then participate in the Galway Film Marketplace at the 2024 Galway Film Fleadh.
