Cork International Film Festival begins on Thursday, 10th November 2022.

Cork International Film Festival has 200 films screening over 11 days from 10-20 of November including over 80 Irish Premiere screenings.

The Opening Night Gala presentation is Aisha by Frank Berry, screening on Thursday night at Cork Opera House. This beautifully observed and brilliantly acted drama is immensely moving, a delicate and intimate character study, and a quietly powerful critique on bureaucratic systems which exacerbate the trauma of those seeking refuge.
