The Writers Lab Europe is open for all women screenwriters who are 40+ (applicants must identify as women (cis, trans, nonbinary).

A virtual script development lab for English language features & pilots by women screenwriters 40+ in Europe, the Writers Lab Europe is now accepting Features and TV Pilots submissions for development.

The deadline for submissions is 31st January 2022.

The Lab’s Mentors and Guests in 2022 include Susanne Bier (The Night Manager), Jantje Friese (Dark), Christina Ham (Them), Ameenah Allen (Rocks, Ali and Ava), Isabel Coixet (Secret Life of Words), Jasmila Žbanić (Quo Vadis, Aida?) and Nadine Labaki (Capernaum).
