Intellectual Property Development Workshop
Sessions will go over sample pitches and go through a concise development process.
The National Talent Academy for Animation’s Intellectual Property Development Workshop takes place online on Thursday 9th May, 9.30am – 5pm.
The morning session will go over sample pitches, analysing their strengths and weaknesses as well as what makes a good ‘hook’. Participants’ concepts will be broken down and discussed.
The afternoon session will have the participants break into teams and go through a concise development process. The teams will come up with an “elevator pitch” and present it to the others. The session wraps with a survey discussion on what constitutes I.P. Rights, (copyright, trademarks), and how to start a clean chain of title.
