On Monday, 3rd June at 17.30 the Mountshannon Arts Festival will be screening the new IFTA Best Feature Documentary for 2024 The Days of Trees directed by award winning director Alan Gilsenan and produced by Parzival Films and Tomás Hardiman, who also is the subject the film.  The screening will be followed by a Q&A discussion with screenwriter and novelist Greg Dinner. 

The screening at the festival is free but places are limited so please contact the festival below if you wish to attend.

The Day of Trees is a remarkable poetic film about memory, trauma, a search for truth, and redemption. It is a journey not just taken by one man, but by Ireland, and indeed by each of us.
