Creative Europe Desk Ireland has an open call at present to submit a project to pitch at their Documentary: A European Perspective event on the 23rd October 2025.

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to pitch to broadcasters, who in the past have included BBC Storyville, Netflix, SVT, RTÉ, TG4, S4C and the Creative Artists Agency.

In the morning session, broadcasters will present their documentary slots, followed by the pitching event. The morning session will be open to observers from the industry who wish to attend. The afternoon session will be a networking lunch and one-to-one meetings between those who pitched and broadcasters.

The deadline to submit a project for consideration is the 18th September.
