Katie Murphy Selected for Bridging Generations

European Writers Club (EWC) has announced the eight selected teams for 3rd pilot session, Bridging Generations. Katie Murphy is part of one of the 8 teams selected across Europe for the scheme, and is the only Irish representative,
This program unites cross-generational storytelling by co-developing original TV series for a larger audience, with potential for international co-production.
These eight selected teams are dynamic, multi-generational teams that bring fresh perspectives from across Europe, crafting bold and relevant stories that connect with today’s diverse audiences. They will embark on a collective journey structured around three immersive camps facilitated by Le Groupe Ouest and Leading Creative Talent. These sessions, backed by world-building insights and cognitive science methodologies, enable teams to refine their narratives and explore audience engagement with Will & Agency’s research and AI-driven analysis. The teams will also be immersed in a broader exploration of format adaptation for each of their TV series concepts and experience how their IPs can be expanded into other audiovisual formats, including games, web series, podcasts, feature films, and social media content to engage with a larger audience.
