This survey is issued by the Arts Council. They are supporting arts organisations to think about the role they play in advancing pay and conditions for artists. Consultants Heather Maitland and Janice McAdam are currently reviewing policies and practices operated by key arts organisations funded by the Arts Council. 

They also want to hear from artists directly to understand their current experience.
