Sodiq Ajibola Abiola and Laura Shannon have been selected to take part to represent Ireland at Talent Camp Odense 2026.

Selected by the National Talent Academy for Film & TV Drama and Ardán, they will join international peers for masterclasses and networking during the Odense International Film Festival.

The aim of Talent Camp Odense is to support a new generation of filmmakers by strengthening both their craft and their international connections — increasing their opportunities to move forward in the film industry.

Laura Shannon: An Irish writer-director and Trinity College Dublin graduate whose dark comedy short Dún Do Bhéal has screened globally. 

Sodiq Ajibola Abiola: A Nigerian-Irish actor and writer/director focused on horror and surrealism, whose short film 4C premiered at DIFF 2026.
