University of Galway and the National Talent Academies are delighted to announce the return of the Micro-Credential in Entertainment Law. 

The course is primarily aimed at established live-action writers, producers and directors.

Participants will explore the concepts of artistic expression and commercial speech, and how these are protected under international and domestic law. The course also examines structural regulation, with a particular focus on recent European developments in areas such as AI, copyright, broadcasting and on-demand services.
