Based in the heritage town of Birr, Co. Offaly, OFFline Film Festival has been committed to showcasing innovative storytelling and diverse voices from around the globe.

With a tradition of excellence, the festival provides a platform that celebrates both established and emerging filmmakers.

Currently accepting short films of all genres from all over the world to be entered into the short film competition. Prizes include Best Irish Short, Best International Short, the OFFline Audience Award and Best Animation.
