Pathways to Production is a new artist development initiative from Irish Theatre Institute (ITI).

The initiative is designed for theatre-makers and producers from communities underrepresented within the Irish theatre sector, responding to ongoing barriers around access to time, opportunity, relationships, practical experience and clear routes into making work across the island of Ireland.
