Are you an emerging writer with an early idea for theatre, radio or screen that you’re ready to move forward?
Meeting online Tuesdays 7-9pm and led by director, dramaturg and playwright Alice Coghlan, and inspired by her twelve years as an Abbey Theatre Literary Reader, Wonderland Writer’s Room 2: The Quest is designed for emerging writers who want to move their ambitions for theatre, radio or screen forward in a supportive, focused and creative environment.

May 5– Protagonist – wants, needs, desire verses change.
May 19 – Character development and orchestration
May 28 (Thurs) – Antagonist
June 2–9 – Conflict, subtext, structure
June 16 – Synopsis sharing & pitching
June 23–July 7 – Story world, plot, drafting
July 14 – Design (sound, costume, set)
July 21 – Final treatment presentations
