Why? Why exactly should we get on board?

We don’t use AI in the Guild offices. Ever.

Not for research.
Not for sleek spreadsheets.
Not for “ideation” (whatever that means).
Not to generate synopses of the many confidential Zoom calls we have with our members.

We’ve opted out. Because, as backwards troglodytes, we simply prefer humans to robots. Oh, and we understand the value of copyright.

That’s where we stand, so where do you?

In the coming months we will be sending a survey to you, our members, to gauge if, when, how, and why you use AI.

So, have a think and please, please be honest. We won’t judge.
