Born in South Armagh in 1957, I spent 20 years as a career journalist with the BBC, mainly based in NI and covering news and current affairs for radio and television. I resumed my interrupted theatre life in 2000 and work as a freelance based in Derry and Donegal. I have one  adult daughter.
