ZEBBIE AWARDS 2019 NOMINEES ANNOUNCED

The writers who have been nominated in all seven categories of the 2019 ZeBBie Awards have now been announced. Warmest congratulations to all of the Nominated writers.

This year we have two new awards: Animation and Continuing Drama.

Members will read the nominated scripts and cast their votes.

The 2019 ZeBBie Awards will take place on Wednesday 19th June in Dublin and will be hosted by Senator David Norris.

  • Nice to see a good gender spread across all categories. Although Feature film script is still skewed in favour of men (but when you take into account that the three male writers all worked on the one production it’s a 50:50 ratio). Overall there are 24 people nominated – 13 female and 11 male.
