The International Playwriting Festival has been discovering and promoting the work of new playwrights since 1986.  Over the years it has consolidated the Warehouse Theatre Company’s role as a powerhouse of new writing.

The IPF is held in two parts: The first is a competition with entries accepted from all over the world, which are judged by a panel of distinguished theatre practitioners. The second is a showcase of the selected plays held the following year.
